Extended Hours Access Scheme
North Street Surgery is taking part in an extended access service with 6 other practices in the Worth Valley.
This means that you may be offered an opportunity to attend an appointment at Farfield Medical Centre after 6.30pm.
Our GPs and Nurse Practitioners will be working in the extended access service at Farfield alongside those from the other 5 practices involved. Therefore, your appointment may not be with a clinician from this practice.
Farfield Medical Centre is located at West Lane, Keighley BD21 2LD
Some of our staff speak a number of languages but if you require an interpreter the reception staff can book one for you. An interpreter can also be pre-booked for a specific consultation if required. Please let reception know in advance if you require this service.
Please tell us if you need this document in large print or on computer disk: telephone 0113 202 7324
For intimate examinations or procedures you can choose to be accompanied by a chaperone. Please tell the doctor and a fully trained member of staff will be present for the procedure.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
